Youth Justice Coalition protested outside of the Hyde Park Library Monday to demand the city to redirect 5 percent of its law enforcement budget into youth development. Francisco Martinez was one of those protesters. He had a troubled life before he found the Youth Justice Coalition. Now he is 10-months sober and wants to help others get back on track.
